Refund policy

At Royal Lederhosen, we take pride in the quality of our garments and aim to ensure every customer receives exactly what they ordered. However, if there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help—within clear and fair guidelines.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available if there is a clear issue on our end, including:

  • You received the wrong item (e.g. incorrect style, size, or product)

  • Your order arrived damaged or defective

To qualify for a refund, you must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear explanation of the issue

  • Supporting photos of the item(s) received

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or customer error.

2. Custom & Personalized Orders

All custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable, unless the product is damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part.

We encourage customers to carefully review custom order details before placing an order.

1. Return & Exchange Guidelines

Eligibility Period: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery. After 15 days, we are unable to process any returns or exchanges.

Condition of Items: All returned or exchanged items must be in their original, unworn, and unused condition, with all original tags intact, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Items that are customized, personalized, or marked as “final sale,” “clearance,” or “discounted” are not eligible for return or exchange.

Sizing Responsibility: Products are crafted exactly according to the size selected by the customer. If the customer orders an incorrect size despite accurate sizing being provided, the item will not be eligible for return or exchange.

4. Refund Process

Once your refund request is reviewed and approved:

  • We’ll provide instructions for returning the item (if required)

  • The item must be returned in unused, original condition with packaging intact

  • After inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider

5. Additional Terms

  • Refunds will not include original shipping fees unless the return is due to our mistake

  • Unauthorized returns or items returned without approval will not be accepted

  • We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned item does not meet our policy conditions
